1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "the Player") and 77kd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using 77kd in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you may hold.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal review. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability
